Traditional is what I am feeling right now. This pure linen saree in pastel shades is perfect to adorn as its paper light and has helped satisfying my thirst for traditional look from top to toe. Draping it till ankle with a loose pallu made me look different and comfortable at the same time. Shibori ( tie and dye technique ) is my thing, and this loose fitted top is adding a little drama to my not so basic look.
JEWELLERY – I wanted to add hint of tribal waves hit my look inside out, so here I am adorning some. These bohemian mirror earrings are hand embroidered and flew all the way from Ahmadabad to me. Adding a hasli ( necklace ) to my look created a feel of rajasthani tribe on me, but my creative soul is finally satisfied after I wore an afghani choker as a payal ( anklet ) on my feet 🙂
MAKEUP – Single stroke of coral blush and a hint of neural shade, both from MAYBELLINE NEW YORK made my look meaningful and bright. Lastly a bindi ( red dot worn at the center of forehead ) was essential and worked magic in the completion of my tribal look 🙂
