Hey folks. How have you been? I hope this week is treating you very well. As the sun is souring high and making it difficult for us to bear the heat, I decided to turn my wardrobe more sustainable for betterment of my skin and body. Do you know that synthetic dyes are harmful for our body as wearing them could be the cause to health issues including hormonal issues, metabolism issues, cancer and more. Synthetic dyes have endocrine disruptors. Endocrine disruptors are chemicals that can interfere with endocrine (or hormone) systems at certain doses. These disruptions can cause cancerous tumours, birth defects, and other developmental disorders.
Here I am wearing vegetable dyed 100% cotton dress, which is intricately block printed with ajrakh technique. What I love about this outfit is its earthy colors, which are perfectly going with my indian skin tone without harming my skin. Perfect part is you can style it the way you want for its earthy color theme.
I chose to go tribal with a certain change of theme.
Jewellery – A pair of afghani danglers and handpainted cuff with a 3 paisa coin bangle added some tribal theme to this look !!
Footwear – A pair of brown knee length boots with open laces for they are adding some amigo feel to my already prepared tribal look and I so love this fusion for it looks complete in itself.
Last but most important, my shades, which are completely essential to adorn when the sun is already beaming at its peek. Don’t forget to use ultra voilet protected sunglasses to protect your dear eyes from harmful sun rays 😉
P.S. – Never stop experimenting with your clothes/accessories and create your own trends to let others follow you 🙂 😉
