My husband once told me that beauty lies in simplicity which I realised only a few days back.
Mostly inclined towards western wear, without knowing we have a fine history of rich fabrics and embroideries,
traditional ways of adorning the silhouette with perfection.
Be it saree, salwar-suit, lehenga-choli or a simple kurta, an indian attire looks elegant and classic at the same time.
Going forward with my look, it talks for itself.
A fine 100% crisp cotton flared kurti in off white, with a hint of hand crafted tribal embroidery, from MANAN DESIGN blended well with a dhoti salwar in maroon from GO COLORS.
My whole idea was to keep it simple, keeping comfort and class as priority.
Styling this flared kurti was tough, since it’s such a beautiful piece and doesn’t deserve a loud mess-up.
It took time, but I found this stop shop named GO COLORS from where I picked this dhoti salwar.
My look wouldn’t be more phenomenal if I didn’t style it with hand painted artworks(jewelry), from the house of MIRANIKA, which believes, why to stick painting wall murals if you can own the same in your artworks(jewelry) and adorn it with pride.
Tadda ! Let my feet do the walking in most adorable block heels from FOREVER21 which I bought from MYNTRA
